Steve has served as a Restoration and Construction Management Professional for over 25 years. He began his career in the United States Navy before joining the ServiceMaster family. Steve has proven his ability to lead all phases of restoration and construction projects across multiple industries. He is adept at scheduling, budgeting, estimating, costing, contract negotiations and subcontractor supervision. He is highly knowledgeable in general building trades, engineering change orders, logistics and cost control. Steve also has extensive experience and knowledge with safety, code and OSHA regulatory compliance and on-site management. He has time and again proven his outstanding team building, presentation and communication skills. He has helped shoulder the devastation of many catastrophic events including Hurricane Opal, Charley, Francis, Jeanne, Dennis, Katrina, Rita, Ike, Irene and Sandy. He was also the Restoration/Cleaning Contractor for the Olympic Village during the 1996 Olympic Games.

Steve has many certifications including: OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification, IICRC Certified in WRT and FST, IAQA Certified Mold Remediator (00325), Clerk of the Works and Certified Continuing Education Instructor in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.  smorgan@svmrs.com

 

Brad WilsonBrad Wilson

Brad has served as a Restoration and Construction Management Professional for over 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Auburn University and soon after became the Site Supervisor for coatings contractor in Auburn, AL. Later, Brad moved into the role of Division Manager for a construction company before beginning his career with ServiceMaster. Managing several thousand losses in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, he has proven his ability to lead all phases of restoration and construction projects. Brad is adept at scheduling, budgeting, estimating, costing, contract negotiations and subcontractor supervision. He is highly knowledgeable in general building trades, engineering change orders, logistics, cost control, Xactimate and time and materials estimating. Brad also has extensive experience and knowledge with safety, code and OSHA regulatory compliance and on-site management. He has time and again proven his outstanding team building, presentation and communication skills. He has been involved with restoration projects and consulting after the devastation of numerous catastrophic events including Hurricanes Opal, Charley, Francis, Jeanne, Dennis, Katrina, Rita, Ike, Irene, Sandy and multiple tornado and flood events throughout the country.

Brad has many certifications including: IICRC Certifications in WRT(water damage restoration) and FST(Fire and Smoke), IAQA Certified Mold Remediator (00325), RRP, and Certified Continuing Education Instructor in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
